To Jan, Lars and Mattias, our dear Romanian-Swedes,
From the first notes of “Shine”, last February, you have entered in the souls and homes of the Romanian people like something very special, not only as musicians, but as friends also. We get so much joy listening the song, seeing the funny videos or reading you comments. Maybe the material distance is sometimes to big between us, maybe the virtual “hugs” and “pupici” are not enough to express all the love and respect that we are heaving for Biondo, but it is important for you to remember that those long miles, half of continent and a sea, are disappearing in front of music… and this is what really matters ! This is what brought us together almost a year and a half ago…3 very special voices, 3 very special guys that always said Romania is their second home.
We know how hard it is for you to feel our love and our support and maybe sometimes you think that you are forgotten. Is not like that at all ! We are and we will be always there, supporting you in everything you do. For us, it doesn’t matter the grandness of the tour, the big launch of the album, the fuss about this event… all we care about is you ! And we want you to be happy ! You all have careers, you all have families. The least we’d want is to keep you away from who and what you love.
But we miss you ! We miss your voices and your kindness, we miss your naivety and joy, we miss your smiles ! We don’t know what’s going on but the last thing we want is to see you sad or changed ! Our message to you is to be strong and never forget that in a small country near the Black Sea there are some people that love you no matter what !
We will wait for you ! It doesn’t matter that is going to be July, August, September, December, March or July again. We will be there with our arms opened for hugs and our hearts opened for welcoming you !

Concerts deferred
July 10, 2009 at 3:51 pm | In English | 2 CommentsWe have official news this time ! The tour that the boys from Biondo had to had in Romania this July has been deferred. They are preparing the tour and the launch of their first album for the October 2009.
Meanwhile, Daniel Alexandrescu from K1, told us that they are trying to bring Biondo in Romania on the 12th of August, for the Callatis Festival from Mangalia.
Summer dates

We found out on sources that the first concert that Biondo will have in Romania will be on the 10th of July, in Timisoara and the last one will be on the 28th of July, in Bucharest. Between this there will be other 7 cities where the boys will sing and present their first album !
We don’t guarantee for this dates because our sources don’t know for sure, but this are the information we got until now !
Biondo’s Romanian summer tour !

Good news everybody! Close sources tell us that Biondo are finally coming to Romania for a series of concerts throughout the country this July.Nine cities will be part of the tour.The dates and cities of the upcoming tour will be made official very soon, so stay tuned !

- Voi aveti doua proiecte de care va ocupati acum in mod princpal: de Vali Craciunescu si de Biondo.

- Ce se intampla cu Biondo ? Lumea asteapta de la Biondo ceva bun, ceva frumos, pentru ca intr-adevar sunt foarte indragiti.
- Pentru mine a fost ok totusi acest Eurovision de anul asta fiindca chiar daca ei nu mi-au intrat in concurs, am putut sa-i aduc intr-un mini recital de 4 melodii in finala concursului si atunci eu mi-am atins scopul cu ei si s-a auzit si melodia care am facut-o. A fost chiar foarte bine.
- Ei si-au facut vreun videoclip mai recent ?
- Nu, nu, nu, tot asteptam momentul bun ca sa zic asa, sa-i putem lansa. Se lucreaza inca la materiale. Este destul de greu de lucrat cu ei la acest album fiindca ei sunt in Stockholm, noi suntem aici.
- Cu ce se ocupa ei in rest ?
- A, pai aia e problema, ca au foarte multe lucruri de care se ocupa in general. Mattias este solist la opera si are, iti dai seama, servicii in fiecare zi ca sa zic asa si stagiuni…
- Repetitii, studii, concerte…
- … Stagiuni pe care le face in toata Suedia cu spectacolele la care participa. Jan este implicat in inca un grup cu care canta in Suedia si are evenimentele lui la care se duce, participa si la emisiuni TV in calitate de muzician. Lars, pe partea celalata, este cel mai ocupat dintre ei pentru ca el este chiar foarte implicat in tot ce tine de parte muzicala la niste televiziuni si se ocupa de toata regia muzicala la niste show-uri pe care le fac ei acolo. Din cate stiu eu chiar pentru Eurovisionul pe care l-au avut ei in Suedia a avut o parte din regia muzicala care trebuia facuta acolo.
- Bine, si atunci daca sunt asa de ocupati de ce s-au mai reunit in trupa Biondo ? Pentru ca sunt prieteni foarte buni sau pentru ca vor sa castige notorietate in lume ?
- Nu, pentru ca au simtit ca in Romania … ei nu exista sub numele de Biondo in Suedia, ei exista deocamdata doar in Romania sub numele de Biondo. Sa zic ca in Romania acest Biondo inseamna ceva pentru fanii pe care ii au si sunt cativa … (mii de fani ??)
- Prima incercare a fost asa in joaca ?
- A fost asa, nu se astepta nimeni, na, in 2007, 2008… 2008, nu ?
- Da.
- Sa faca atat de mare valva cu melodia aia, cu Shine. Insa ei efectiv simt treaba asta foarte puternic cand sunt in Romania si de aceea mi-e destul de dificil sa ii fac sa simta acest lucru si la ei acasa cand practic nu mai sunt in directa conexiune cu ce se intampla in Romania.

-What happens with Biondo? Everyone waits from them something good and beautiful, because they are very loved here.
-For me, the Eurovision this year was very ok, because even if they were not in the competition, I managed to put in a mini-recital of 4 songs in the finals of the competition and I touched my goal. It was very good.
-Do they have a new videoclip ?
No, no, we expect the best time for the release .They are still working. It is very difficult to work for this album because they are in Stockholm, we are here.
-What are they doing beside Biondo?
-Oh, this is the problem, they are very busy with the things they do in general. Mattias is an opera singer and he has, you know, a lot of things to do each day, season ..
-Repetitions, studies, concerts …
- … Concerts in all Sweden with all the shows in which he participates. Jan also is part of a Swedish group in which he participates in shows, he also participates in TV as a musician. Lars is the most active of them because it is very involved in everything that has to do with music in the various television stations and he is responsible for the musical director of shows in Sweden. As far as I know, he took care of a part of the musical direction of the Swedish Eurovision.
-Very good, but if they are so busy, why do they form Biondo? Because they are good friends or because they wanted to be famous?
-No, because in Romania … they do not exist as Biondo in Sweden, they exist under that name only in Romania. I have to say that in Romania, Biondo means a lot to their fans and there are some fans … (thousands of fans ??).
-At first is was a game?
- It was like that, well, nobody expected in 2007, 2008 … 2008, right?
-Yes.
- To make a sensation with the song … with “Shine”. But, in fact, they feel strongly that thing when they are in Romania, and because of this it is very difficult to make them feel like that when they are home home, in Sweden, where they are not in a relationship with everything that is happening in Romania …
